Our digital print department offers a wide range of near ‘litho quality’ multicoloured print.

We print directly from supplied PDF’s & offer very competitive rates on all print, ranging from posters to business cards.

We recently added to our existing X-Press Digital 360 press with the newer and much more advanced X-Press 550 Professional Multi Function Digital unit.

The new machine boasts a much improved ‘Spot On’ Pantone colour matching system with Ultra High Resolution Digital colour 1200 x 1200 Dpi producing 55ppm Colour as well as 55ppm Mono Black (A4 speeds).

The press has a paper range size of A5 up to an impressive SRA3 with a maximum Card weight of 380gsm up from the previous 300gsm.

As before we can print direct from your PDF or Word documents producing all types of print stationery. However the X-Press 550 also has the added benefit of a built in Scanner meaning we can print colour copies direct from your existing originals, an excellent option to have in cases of lost artwork or to keep from creating new artwork costs.

An added extra to the X-Press 550 is the booklet maker. The facility offers an option for Full Colour or Mono booklets up to 16pp A5 or A4 ( typical 130gsm stock) printed, collated, folded and saddle stitched all on the run meaning Computer to finished booklet in one pass!

Remember Digital printing offers a fantastic range of cost effective shorter run print options including leaflets, newsletters, letterheads, Business cards, posters and even NCR documents all in magnificent ‘spot on’ Pantone matched colours. Your documents can be held in the X-Press 550 memory for On-Demand print as and when required…
